Based in Garden City, she works extensively across Nassau County’s most sought-after markets, including Manhasset, Great Neck, Roslyn, Port Washington, Jericho, and Brookville - serving a wide range of buyers from lifestyle-driven to value-focused to luxury estate clients.

With a global background spanning three continents, Susanna brings a nuanced understanding of cross-cultural clients and international transactions. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, she is a trusted resource for both local and overseas buyers.

Prior to real estate, Susanna built her career in advertising and marketing - experience she now leverages to strategically position homes in today’s digital-first market.
