Easton Estate

Bordering the western edge of the 500-acre Muttontown Preserve, the property has been owned by the Hall family since 1952. The original 15,000-square-foot mansion of the estate was built in 1931 for Evelyn Field Suarez, the former wife of department store heir Marshall Field III. Only a partial shell of the building remains on the property, along with five smaller cottages. Can be subdivided.
